About

Hear4Good Southern Downs is Australian owned, and you know you are working with local people helping you to achieve a better quality of life.

Sharon Jamieson and Dee Haddrill are two of Queensland’s most experienced hearing rehabilitation specialists and they have made the Southern Downs their home.

The Hearing Clinic in Warwick is designed to be a professional space perfectly suited to the task of investigating hearing loss and prescribing appropriate solutions. The new clinic space at 55 Guy Street, Warwick is designed as an easy alternative for locals. FREE and EASY Parking right at the front door.

Hear4Good Southern Downs has chosen to be totally independent, the freedom to choose from the wide ranges of devices that are available in Australia means you can be sure to get what YOU need, not what the company wants you to have.

Unlike many of the large hearing aid shops we are proudly Australian owned and operated, when you see Hear4Good Southern Downs you are supporting locals!

We are about a fair go for people who need our help.

About Hear4Good

It’s all about hearing better.

Mark Paton opened the first full time private hearing clinic west of Brisbane in 1983, initially in Toowoomba he expanded the practice to include Warwick and Kingaroy. As the practice grew it also provided much needed services in towns as far south as Tenterfield and west to St George.

From the very beginning the underlying drive of the business was to provide a professional and client centred approach to getting better hearing. As the practice was independent it allowed for a much wider choice of technology.

The current Hear4Good clinic model is one that relies upon caring local people helping local people. Your local Hear4Good is owned by the people who you see everyday, not some anonymous multi national company. It’s a place you can go and feel that they really care about your hearing and how it impacts your life and your family.

Hear4Good clinics are fully accredited to provide funded services to Pensioners and Veterans. The other area of focus is Self Funded retirees, because they do not have access to the Hearing Services Program they are unfairly targeted by the multi national companies. At Hear4Good we recognise that Self funded retirees need some help too, you will soon see that if you compare prices !

Sharon and Michelle at the Warwick Hear4Good clinic will be very familiar to you, they are locals and are very experienced clinicians. They uphold the old fashioned concept of being a caring hearing professional and not sales people, locals you can trust.

Dee Haddrill

“I strongly believe that the path to better hearing is a collaborative process between a clinician and their patient. I feel that the needs and wants of the patient is the most important part of their journey.”

Dee Haddrill’s first foray into hearing rehabilitation began in 1991, when she worked for WorkCover WA in the Noise Induced Hearing Loss team. After a couple of administrative roles, in 2003, she joined a privately owned hearing clinic in Perth, and, in 2007, she became a fully qualified Audiometrist.  In 2011, she moved to Warwick where she has consistently provided quality hearing care to people in the Southern Downs and surrounding areas.
